wonderful stay with great service

The staff were very friendly, kind and helpful. I appreciated that. breakfast was wonderful with many delicious choices available. i also really liked the lovely christmas dinner. It was very delicious and plenty. we received little christmas presents and a bottle of wine, gifted by the hotel management.
The heater worked fine. the radiator needed upgrading. the bed was too hard, and it was difficult to sleep.

All staff members were great. Nothing was too much trouble. they were pretty good their duties to help with whatever you needed. the staff was very friendly and always available.

breakfast was an excellent buffet. there was a full english breakfast, fresh fruit, juice, cereal, and hot drinks. the kitchen utensils, cups and glasses were shiny and clean. plates were warmed up before serving, which i appreciated.

the hotel is on the front, across the road from the beach. all shops and restaurants are within a short walk of the hotel. i found the proximity convenient. i also appreciated the thick double glazed windows.

the room was very clean. the bed sheets and pillows were very white and clean. the mattress was very comfortable. the tv had lots of channels, including youtube which was very welcome. windows were thick double glazed and the curtains were really nice.

the hotel location is near the sea. easy access to sea and promenade is great. art gallery nearby has a good cafe and range of shops. friendly people makes it perfect.

The breakfast was amazing. there was plenty of choice, and i could have as much as i wanted, great. the staff were very helpful and cheery. the location is excellent. It is right in the middle of the seafront.
my room was on the top floor. it was cold, even with the new thermostat. it was a bit of a letdown.

The bar is open until around 11pm, convenient for a late drink. the reception team are helpful. They are always ready to assist with any questions. breakfast service offers great variety.
